View Full Version : Yes or No, Quinn will be in NYC Palmetto Buck 12-02-2006, 11:25 AM Four writers at the paper I work for voted Troy No. 1, and didn't have Quinn in their top 3. What do u think. Will Brady be at home next Saturday< DaytonBuck 12-02-2006, 11:28 AM If Quinn isn't there..not sure who will be. Groundd 12-02-2006, 11:29 AM It is the top 5 that goes right? if so he will if it is only the top 3...he wont be there. pittman25 12-02-2006, 11:31 AM Oh yes he will be there. He as been advertised as being their, so he will be there. Cavsfan89 12-02-2006, 11:37 AM He willl be there for sure! pittman25 12-02-2006, 11:38 AM I don't know why he wouldn't be in NYC. He has atleast earned the trip to NYC. JustPlainNasty95 12-02-2006, 11:38 AM can't think of a reason why he wouldn't. He's been the media "darling" the whole season because he's at ND. Personally, I could care less. He has no chance of winning it. TabeyTabe 12-02-2006, 11:44 AM Colt Brennan has a better chance of winning it than Brady... But Brady will be there... sandtraps 12-02-2006, 11:48 AM He will be there. After his shock last year he will find a ticket somehow:D Jake 12-02-2006, 11:52 AM Oh yes he will be there. He as been advertised as being their, so he will be there. Those commercials have "players subject to change" on the bottom of the screen but in BQ's case I agree, he'll be in NYC. ebuck90 12-02-2006, 11:56 AM He will be there, and despite my disdain for ND and their free pass for all things BCS, he has earned the right to be there. Scarlet Buckeye 12-02-2006, 11:56 AM He will be there... buck09 12-02-2006, 12:23 PM pretty good bet to be there whether deserving or not pittman25 12-02-2006, 12:35 PM If Brady isn't their it would be a joke. Brady is the medias pretty boy they will do anything to gethim their. gleszekod 12-02-2006, 12:48 PM Can't see why he wouldn't be there. The press he gets should be enough. He probably should be there on merit as well. He's got both working for him. I can't see McFadden, Slaton, Hart and Brennan all making the grade above Quinn. nh23003 12-02-2006, 12:52 PM Will a quarterback with excellent statistics, pedigree and hype who attends Notre Dame be in New York? Is the Pope catholic? BlockOFanatic 12-02-2006, 01:29 PM It is the top 5 that goes right? if so he will if it is only the top 3...he wont be there. I actually depends on the type of season it is. Last year, there were 3 there because the sportswriters felt that there were only 3 real candidates. However, in past years, there have been more than 3 finalists in NYC on Heisman Night. ThadsNose 12-02-2006, 01:37 PM Of course BQ will be there. I'd be shocked if he doesnt finish 2nd if Ark loses tonight or 3rd if Ark wins. PantherBuck 12-02-2006, 01:41 PM Is he the QB at Notre Shame? If you answered yes, the he will be there. KingRight64YShallowSwap 12-02-2006, 02:06 PM Yes he will be there to watch someone else win. pittman25 12-02-2006, 02:09 PM How can it change a week befire the ceramony? :confused pittman25 12-02-2006, 02:09 PM How can it change a week before the ceramony? :confused JustPlainNasty95 12-02-2006, 03:49 PM How can it change a week before the ceramony? :confused Because voters don't have to have their ballots turned back in until Wednesday before the presentation (atleast it was that way last year). Heater 12-02-2006, 03:55 PM Quinn will be, and should be there. It's interesting to note that it's not always 5 people in NYC for the presentation. Last year or the year before they only invited 3 people. pittman25 12-02-2006, 04:02 PM Brady and Troy are the only two shoe ins right now. macleod8 12-02-2006, 06:23 PM Are people not thinking Brady will get the second-most votes? It's ND for Christ's sake. BuckeyeMark 12-02-2006, 06:53 PM They used to have 5 at the Heisman, recently its been 3. Regardless Brady will finish in the top 3. I suspect he will finish #2. Other potential finalists: Slaton WVU McFadden Arkansas Hart Michigan Brennan Hawaii |
