I like that you can scroll over a thread title and read the first sentence or two of that thread. I am wondering if premium members will still have access to recruiting videos since the last site was scout network videos. Anyway, looking forward to getting familiar with the new site!

this is like learning how to drive a stick after driving a automatic for 10 years. Confusing yet fun.:yikes:

"I kinda liked it when the flamers and trolls came around, it was nice to put the game face on and talk smack"

That is kinda the point to scout network. It is more or less a social network of sport fans. It gives users the opportunity to talk smack on one anothers boards with ease. Unlike the independent sites you have to register to each one. That is what made it so nice. Some will like this some will not.

Yeah this is alittle harder to use than the other sites. Like everybody else said i'll miss all the smack talkers coming over during up coming games

The biggest change is to guys like Heater who now has to start their count over at 0. Now we are Legendless. The other travesty is the lack of emoticons.

Do any of you think we will see as many posters from other teams on here now? Plus all the cool emotioncons are gone :)

It is going to take some time for them to get everything where it needs to be. I am sure that this was not an easy process.

The website was great before Scout got involved and it will be great again. In my opinion, being affliated with Scout took a lot away from the Bucknuts character.

I congratulate and commend Bucknuts and the staff for this move. I hope the transition is quick and smooth.

It'll take a wee bit to get used to the new format and features, but I'd recommend that everyone give it a good two weeks to get used to the changes.

This new format allows Bucknuts to be much more flexible on a number of levels.

I think folks will really dig things as we get settled in.

OK, so maybe a dumb question, but is the new Bucknuts affiliated in any way with other independent sites of other teams? If not, I guess it's strictly us Buckeye fans here talking to each other.

Not that trolls and flamers will be missed, but some of the insights and perspectives from repectful posters from other teams will be missed.

This may be a dumb question....
What happens to the other site? Does it stay in existence? I noticed at least one of the moderators came over here (Riptide)
I just wondered if it will stay around with no posters or what.

EDIT:haha while I was writing va1 pretty much asked the same thing.
